On June 24 the State Secretaries and Deputy Ministers of the V4 responsible for transportation met in Budapest to discuss the coordination and speeding up the necessary preparations of the high-speed railway connections among the V4 and to push a more effective promotion of Ukrainian grain exports The meeting concluded with the signing of a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of automated and connected mobility.

Dávid Vitézy, State Secretary of the Ministry of Technology and Industry of Hungary stressed that all Visegrád countries are doing their utmost to help Ukraine and the African and Asian countries, that are waiting for their products. The parties are looking for new cooperation to expand capacity in EU border crossings, but also to explore transport opportunities on the Danube.
