The V4 Simulation and Training Technologies Workshop and the V4 Training, Education and Exercise Synchronization Conference (V4 TEESC) were held in Budapest in the framework of the Hungarian V4 Presidency. Training and simulation experts from the V4 countries reviewed the remaining training events and exercises of the V4 EU Battle Group, which will enter into service on 1 January 2023. They presented the existing simulation systems and capabilities of the V4, and discussed ongoing & planned developments.
The event, organised by the Training Group Headquarters of the Hungarian Defence Forces, was particularly important as the last such meeting- with personal participation - was held in November 2019 due to the COVID-19 epidemic situation. In the two and a half years since then, the partners were only able to meet in virtual space - through video conferences.
